How to customize auto-start for other users
If there are a few user accounts on your computer, each of them has different startup settings. As a result some programs start automatically for one user while for another they don’t. You can change these settings by launching Registry Editor. The start-up programs for different users are stored up either under the user’s registry location or in the local machine hive.
