Our research has shown that the player is disseminated via a dedicated website, called Yeaplayer.com. The website is currently down, but it might be restarted at any point. YeaPlayer has not been digitally signed by any software developer, which makes it even less trust worthy. Additional research trying to find the company that made the player found that it has been developed by PZ. But no further in-depth information about the developer was found. The player itself is easy to remove. All you have to do is go to the Control Panel, find YeaPlayer, and click the uninstall button. However, since the application is known to install adware applications that are always subject to chance, the removal process of the adware also varies, so we suggest scanning your computer with an antimalware scanner that is capable of detecting them.
