Open My Computer and click Local Disk.
Go to Windows and open System32.
Open drivers folder and go to etc folder.
Use Notepad to open hosts file.
For Windows XP: There should be only one line at the end of hosts file that says 127.0.01 localhost. For Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8, there should be two lines at the end: 127.0.01 localhost and ::11 localhost.
