  4. Launch Explorer by tapping Win+E keys.
  5. Right-click and Delete the TechAgentfolder in these directories (enter the directory into the Explorer’s bar to access it):

    • %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Start Menu\Programs\
    • %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\

    • %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\
  6. Enter %USERPROFILE%/Desktop into the address bar and Delete the file named TechAgent.lnk.
  7. Enter %WINDIR%\System32\Tasks into the address bar.
  8. Delete the tasks named TechAgent Task and TechAgentTask.
  9. Enter %WINDIR%\Tasks into the address bar.
  10. Delete the tasks named TechAgent Task.job and TechAgentTask.job.
  11. Finally, scan your PC one more time to check for leftovers.
