9. Locate SysWeatherAlert.exe, right-click on it, and select Delete.
10. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.
11. Locate the ProcessSysWeatherAlert Value.
12. Right-click on it.
13. Delete it.
