How does Shitcoin Wallet work?

It is now known that Shitcoin Wallet – which, by the way, was first introduced in December 2019 – can inject a malicious JavaScript code to extract private information. So, how exactly does that work? Once you download the extension onto your computer, you are asked to grant it permission to inject a special JavaScript code on 77 websites. Once these are visited, a file is downloaded from erc20wallet.tk, and a code hidden within this file is activated when the user visits binance.org, idex.market, myetherwallet.com, neotracker.io, and switcheo.exchange.
The JavaScript injected by Shitcoin Wallet can successfully record login credentials and also the private keys that are stored in the dashboards of the mentioned cryptocurrency management platforms. This is what makes it completely unreliable and dangerous. Even if you have enjoyed using the services of the PUP, you do not want to continue using them because you are at risk! When the PUP was analyzed, it was not yet known whether the malicious code was injected by a malicious third-party or the creator of Shitcoin Wallet, but, ultimately, that does not matter.
