Connections to malicious websites were not blocked, and it is unlikely that you would encounter malicious links if you were using reliable search tools anyway. Overall, this extension does not seem to offer a beneficial service despite its claims, which is why it is classified as a potentially unwanted program. Furthermore, it was found that the search service it offers is not very trustworthy either, which only motivates us to help you delete Secury Search from your operating system as soon as possible. How does Secury Search work?
It is possible that some users interact with malicious installers when acquiring Secury Search. The problem is that it redirects to Yahoo Search, and users are likely to trust the results that are shown to them. Well, Secury Search reroutes to search.yahoo.com via a different domain, arp.eanswers.com, and that is very strange. Our research team suggests that the creator of the PUP/hijacker is affiliated with this other search tool to make money. Are the results shown to you reliable? Ultimately, they could be unreliable, and that is why this search tool is not trustworthy, and why you should delete it. Obviously, if you want to delete the search tool, you will also need to get rid of the potentially unwanted program.
