It is introduced to users via allinoneoffice.net, but it can be downloaded only via the Chrome webstore at chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/all-in-one-office-new-tab/dgldcllfgcheelimlbmilnkilnamlhbd. Of course, unofficial sources of this strange extension could exist. As a matter of fact, it is more likely that you would acquire this add-on via a third-party installer that could package it along with potentially unwanted programs and malware. This is why scanning the operating system is important. If you acquire the extension from an unknown source, it is hard to say how it would be represented, but if you install it using the Chrome webstore, you are introduced to a list of permissions, which include reading browsing history and taking over the New Tab.
