What is Savifier?

Savifier is a regular adware program that promises to help you save money as you browse for your favorite deals. However, any security-minded user knows that such promises are rarely kept, and adware programs just want to make money with every click you make. To put it simply, Savifier usually arrives at target systems in a third-party installer that carries more than one freeware or adware application within. When the unsuspecting user launches the installer and breezes through the setup steps, several additional programs get installed on the computer as well. In the end, you have more than just Savifier to remove from your system.

What does Savifier do?

According to the old screen capture image from the program’s website, “Savifier is a free application that helps you save money passively as you browse by offering you deals and coupons for the websites you shop on.” Thus, with this application installed on your system, you should be able to find deals and coupon offers that would help you purchase the things you want at a lower price.

Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that Savifier can really provide reliable discount offers. The program clearly does not review the links that get embedded in its coupons, and so this allows third parties to make use of the application for their content promotion. As a result, you can never know what website you will land on if you click the Savifier ads.

How do I remove Savifier?

It is important that you remove Savifier from your computer because this adware program could be exploited by malware and other harmful software distribution.
