Internet Turbo Toolbar

What is Internet Turbo Toolbar?

Internet Turbo Toolbar is a browser extension that can be classified as browser helper object, because it comes with various functions, consequently changing the functionality of your default Internet browser. When Internet Turbo is installed onto your PC, it adds a new search engine, a toolbar and a new default home page on your browser. This toolbar can be downloaded at internetturbo.ourtoolbar.com, but it often can be found on other third party websites such as Cnet and so on. Although Internet Turbo Toolbar is not a computer virus, you are advised to remove it immediately, in order to protect your information and your computer system from the intruders from outside.

Where does Internet Turbo Toolbar come from?

Just as it has been mentioned above, users can download Internet Turbo Toolbar themselves at internetturbo.ourtoolbar.com. "Ourtoolbar" is a general homepage for almost all toolbars developed by Conduit. The list includes Conduit Toolbar, Iminent Community Toolbar, Appbario Toolbar, and many more. Although Internet Turbo Toolbar lives up to some of its functionality (it provides shortcuts to Twitter, Facebook, YouSendIt and other services), the security risks behind this application are rather high. For example, if it gets downloaded from a third party website, it can come bundled with such programs as TuneUp Utilities 2013. Generally this program is there to keep track of your overall system situation, but keep in mind that hackers can make use of bundled downloads to distribute a lot more suspicious applications. Not to mention that Internet Turbo Toolbar might interfere with the way you browse the Internet.
