How does Clean PC Master work?

This window is there to promote a fake premium-rate tech support phone number. This is an indication that the error is bogus because a real BSoD does not feature any additional windows with phone numbers. The fake error message reads:

How do I remove Clean PC Master?

Delete Junk files
