      Nowhere in the article I suggested that the tool is free. The SCANNER is free. You can use it to detect the infected folders and registry entries, then delete them manually. If you want an automatic removal then yes, you'll have to pay for it but once more your wrong. It costs exactly €29.99, not $39.99 like you said.
