Hi,
My wife currently got antivirus System pro on her computer. Unfortunately I am not there to help her, with that being said, She cannot access the internet because of antivirus System Pro--instead when she clicks on the IE browser, a box pops up and tells her she must install AV pro. is there a way around this so she can access the internet and install the removal tool
