OurWorld Toolbar is a browser extension, produced by the infamous Conduit Ltd. There has been countless such plug-ins associated with the said name, such as Freecorder Toolbar and Findr. The one thing that they all have in common is that they all mean trouble, with varying levels of maliciousness. If you are familiar with the mentioned extensions, or other products by Conduit, you may want to remove OurWorld Toolbar without further ado. Without a doubt, that is a correct choice, especially if we take a closer look at this add-on.

How does it get in and what does it do?

OurWorld Toolbar is available for download at ourworld.com.ourtoolbar.com or at downloadmytoolbar.com/ourworld/lp/index.html. It is apparent that a lot of people using the extensions have chosen to download it on their own. That is most likely because of the games it is associated with, such as OurWorld, seeming to be the most popular. However, the toolbar could have also entered your system without your consent, as it is popular among programs from this development platform and which may be your primary reason to delete OurWorld Toolbar. To sum up, the reasons why you should remove OurWorld Toolbar are the slowing down of your browser, potentially dangerous third-party links and a very shaky Privacy Policy. Fortunately, the removal seems to be fairly uncomplicated and you should be able to successfully get rid of this extension. After you do that, make sure to scan your system to check for infections or security troubles.
