Change proxy settings
Internet Explorer
- Press Alt+X and select Internet Options.
- Open Connections tab and click LAN settings button.
- Uncheck a box right under Proxy server section and click OK.

Modify hosts file
- Go to Local Disk (C:) and open Windows folder.
- Select System32 and go to drivers.
- Open etc folder and use Notepad to open hosts file.
- There should be only two or one lines at the very end of the file: "127.0.0.1 localhost" and/or "::1".
- If you see any other lines below the ones described above, delete them and save changes.
