  1. I am trying to follow these directions but it is not allowing me to do anything. When I restart my computer, I press F8 several times. Then I choose safe mode with networking. My computer opens to my password screen. I enter my password and it opens my computer. Before I can open the Internet and go to the website the screen lock comes up and I cannot do anything else.
