8. Press Alt+T and then go to Options.
9. Click on the General tab, enter a new homepage address and click OK.

Google Chrome

1. Launch your browser and tap Alt+F.
2. Select Tools and then move to Extensions.
3. Click on the unwanted extension and select the trash button. Click Remove.
4. Select Settings from the Chrome menu.
5. In On startup, mark Open a specific page or set of pages. Click Set pages.
6. Add a new page and click OK.
7. Scroll down and select Manage search engines… under Search.
8. Select a new search provider and click Make default.
9. Click on the useless search engine and click X.
