8. Click Manage Search Engines and then click X on the URL of an undesirable search provider you wish to delete.
9. Click Done and restart Google Chrome.

Internet Explorer:

1. Open Internet Explorer and simultaneously tap Alt+T.
2. Select Internet Options and click the General tab in the appeared utility.
3. Overwrite/remove the Home Page URL and click OK.
4. One last time tap Alt+T and select Manage Add-ons.
5. Go to Search Providers.
6. Remove the undesirable option, click Close and restart the browser.
