Moreover, they have found that this adware can be promoted via browser hijackers, such as Ooxxsearch.com, Mystart.uninstallmaster.com, and so on.

What does BabyMegs do?

It is officially presented as an application that is supposed to give baby tips for first-time parents, but we have found that this is just a poor marketing tactic. Nevertheless, this program’s most often promoted website is Thebump.com whose content falls into the category of parenthood. This site appears to be legitimate, but some of its subpages do not open, which leads us to believe that it too may have something to hide. So this program’s high level of intrusiveness paired with unreliable third-party advertisements must not be overlooked.
