What is Speed browser?
You have to select software you choose to install with care because it may turn out to be unreliable. Speed browser, for example, is a seemingly harmless Chromium browser; however, it introduces its users to the suspicious Trovi search engine and initiates the collection of user-data. These are the main reasons you should consider Speed browser removal as well. Of course, the browser itself is not unreliable or risky enough to consider it malicious, and Anti-Spyware-101.com researchers list it as a PUP (potentially undesirable program). The report shows how the program works, and how you can delete it from the computer without wasting your precious time.

How does Speed browser work?
Speed browser is published by Eager Wire Apps, LLC; however, Conduit is another program which may be linked to the software. This is because Trovi Search is bundled together. This infamous search engine has been associated to Bitlord toolbar, All My Web Toolbar, Qwest Toolbar, and other suspicious apps which are often identified as browser hijackers. Even though this is not a category we suggest, you still should delete these programs from the operating system. Trovi.com is not the most reliable search provider because it installs suspicious tracking cookies, presents questionable advertisements, and produces sponsored search results. Luckily, you can replace the search provider, or you can remove the browser altogether, and one of these options should be employed.
Virtual security risks related to Speed browser
Computer users who download the application from getspeedbrowser.com are unlikely to face serious virtual risks, if you ignore the fact that Trovi.com becomes the default search tool on the default web browser. Unfortunately, it has been revealed that the browser can be installed together with malicious software. Even though the developer of the browser may have nothing to do with the associated threats, you have to be very careful when installing it onto the computer. Malware removal is lengthy and disturbing, and so you should block its entrance. We suggest installing software from reliable sources and researching unfamiliar and suspicious programs to prevent this.

I would NOT recommend anyone to install this.
Somehow this magically insinuated itself onto my office computer.
At first I thought it was nice, but then I realized after trying it out that my shortcuts to the Chrome and Internet Explorer browsers were missing in my toolbar. Tried to put them back in, but they were again removed.
I uninstalled the Speed Browser and then added back my browser shortcuts....problem solved.....need I say more.

i had a message pop up on my computer which I thought was strange to say I had a web browser update. So I liked to update it and then speed browser appeared on my laptop. I didn't open it as I was unsure what it really was and I just uninstalled it straight away.
I always like to keep clicking on things. No matter what it is. I love getting virus and slowing my computer speed down.
I encountered this little jewel on a friends laptop. My experience was particularly hellish. Removal was not as simple as uninstalling it; not by a long shot. I had to comb through the hard drive and manually delete all associated files. Followed by digging through the Windows registry to make sure there were no entries left behind.
