Remove ListingsPortal Toolbar

Delete the remaining extensions and Ask Search

Delete from Google Chrome:

Launch the browser and simultaneously tap Alt+F.
Select More tools and click Extensions.
Click the trash icon associated with the unwanted add-on and click Remove.
Navigate to On Startup and select Open a specific page or set of pages.
Click Set pages and remove/change the undesirable URL. Click OK.
Go to Appearance and select Show Home button.
Click Change and remove/overwrite the undesirable URL.
Under Search click Manage search engines and set a new provider.
Remove the undesirable search provider and click Done.

Delete from Mozilla Firefox:

Launch the browser and simultaneously tap Ctrl+Shift+A.
In the Add-ons Manager menu click Extensions.
Identify the undesirable add-on and click the Remove button.
Simultaneously tap Alt+T to open the Tools menu and click Options.
Select General and remove/overwrite the undesirable Home Page URL.
Select Search and set a new default search engine.
Click the undesirable search provider and click Remove.

Delete from Internet Explorer:

Launch the browser and simultaneously tap Alt+T.
Click Manage Add-ons and navigate to Search Providers.
Set a new default search provider.
Remove the undesirable search provider and click Close.
Tap Alt+T again and select Internet Options.
Click the General tab, overwrite/remove the Home Page URL, and click OK.
