I rebooted in safe mode with networks and installed spyware doctor. I had to restart to finish installing and it went back in normal mode. I cannot open spyware doctor to remove it. I already had mcafee, but I cant open that either. I go back to safe mode with networks and even removed the proxy to get on the internet, but they still will not open.
