It starts to "uninstall" but then a pop up comes up requesting permission to "change" my computer with the "Laflural," then says I cannot do it without provider support authorization. Any ideas? I also can't get Spyware to uninstall - get the same message about authorizing a "change" to my computer to INSTALL. Tried at least 20 times with each. Thank you.
