Try to do this:

1. Reboot your Computer and click F8 while PC is booting
2. Choose safe mode with networking
3. Press start > run and type MSConfig
4. Disable start up items rundll32 launching something from Application Data
5. Reboot your PC, Paysafecard ransomware should not load.
6. Download www.anti-spyware-101.com/download-sph and scan your PC.
7. After scan you can remove files by your self, just look at their location. Or remove it automatically with the software.
