The ad said that if I paid $39.99 they would give me $ 10.00 off until a certain date. The message also said for an addition year for $13.95 . I gave my credit card over the internet and was charged for this that didn\'t happen. I then had a pop up come up from a Tech Support person and said she would make my computer like new if I\'d let them work on my computer. I was charged an additional $200.00 and as of today my computer is working worse than it was on Friday May 23... I\'m still having problem with a SLOW computer as well and pop up everywhere. My computer say\'s that I have 4099 things to be fixed. I thought it was going to be fixed and to this day it\'s worse. I want a refund for my $ 43.94 and the $ 200.00 I was charged to fix my computer. My credit end\'s in 2553 and my phone number is: 503-936-4950.
