Dear Madame,
Do you have an idea whether there is a tool to encrypt Zixer1 files? I was infected during Easter. The database SQL files are the biggest problem.
Last thing I\'m gonna do is to pay criminals. Please can you help?

I can't find Event Monitor in my directory, so now what do I do? I also went into control panel and checked for recent downloads, but couldn't find anaything other than official software. I have something in my directory called System Monitor that I somehow downloaded earlier tonight and it has such files as english.em, japan.em, etc. that seems to resemble the contents of the spamware described in "secure PC cleaner."

HKLM stands for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and HKCU for HKEY_CURRENT_USER. You should find them.

Hi! I got whacked by Customer service 1-855-704-6348 on a website for a mnaul for a food dehydrator. Never saw it coming. I tried the above solution on my windows 7 os. I could not find HKLM or HKCU on Regedit. Any ideas? I truly appreciate any help. I just wanted to dehydrate some cherries not screw up my computer. Thank you in advance. I'm using my wife's computer to contact you.

Well for me, everytime I do this it's still there in the C:\ProgramData file... and It wont remove from the ControlPanell. What Can I do?
